Boher BCP opened in the summer of 2021, just a year after Boher Community Development Group was established.
This BCP was originally the old Parish Hall which had unfortunately gone into disrepair after the global pandemic. However, when Tipperary County Council designated it as a new Broadband Connection Point it brought life back into the community. Boher Community Development Group subsequently secured funding from Pobal through the Community Centre Investment Fund and delivered a state of the art remote working hub to its community and surrounds. This hub now offers high speed broadband in the region of 130mb and has three hot desks available for booking through the connected hubs website.
